There are a variety of permits that are mandatory through this department. Permits are needed for such things as building, signs, heating appliances, demolition, and fences.
Once the forms are completed, please bring them into the Village Code Office, at 14 Elm Street, Malone, New York; there are fees associated with these forms that must be paid and the code officers must review such permit applications.
