Chief Chris Premo

Chris Premo is the new Chief of Police in Malone.  He started his career in Saranac Lake in 1994 and transferred to Canton in July of 1995.

Chris then returned home to Malone in January of 1999.  He was promoted to Sergeant in June of 2006 and became Chief in March of 2011.  His wife is a school teacher in the Malone Central School District and he has a son who is twelve and a daughter who is ten.  He takes great pride in the department and would enjoy talking with any resident about any problems they might have.

Main Street in Malone is the 3rd busiest in northern New York. It's only topped by Arsenal Street in Watertown which is first and Cornelia Street in Plattsburgh which is second.
