Leaf and Brush Pick-Up

The Village of Malone DPW will start the fall brush and leaf clean-up on October 20 and go until November 14, 2014.  As in years past, only brush and leaves will be picked up.  Bags should only contain leaves and not household trash, or animal feces, sand, dirt, or stones.  Any bags found to contain any of the above mentioned items will be left for the homeowner to dispose of properly.  Brush should be no longer than 6 feet in length and no more than 4 inches in diameter.  Any lumber, landscape timbers or large tree stumps or block wood will not be picked up and any concrete or stones will not be picked up and left for the homeowner to dispose of properly.  The leaves are being composted for top soil.

Thank you for your cooperation.
